本数据集依托港口大型装卸设施台风及突发阵风响应智能控制系统应用现场测试结果构建,系统收录了港口大型装卸设施台风及突发阵风响应智能控制系统主要性能相关数据。通过现场测试,利用高精度秒表、高精度刻度尺、液压压力传感器等测试仪器,测试港口大型装卸设施台风及突发阵风响应智能控制系统的风振响应及系统响应时间等关键性能指标,并以标准化格式保存最大位移、抗滑移力及系统响应时间等核心数据。该数据验证了港口大型装卸设施台风及突发阵风响应智能控制系统的研制符合任务书指标的要求,并为防风控制策略优化、港口起重机可靠性评估及智能防滑系统研究提供了高价值、多维度的数据支撑。
This dataset is developed based on the on-site test results of the intelligent control system for typhoon and sudden gust response of large port handling facilities, and collects data related to the core performance of the aforementioned system. During the on-site tests, key performance indicators such as wind-induced vibration response and system response time of the intelligent control system were measured using high-precision testing instruments including stopwatches, precision measuring rulers, and hydraulic pressure sensors. Core data such as maximum displacement, anti-slip force, and system response time are stored in standardized formats. This dataset validates that the development of the intelligent control system for typhoon and sudden gust response of large port handling facilities meets the requirements specified in the project task statement, and provides high-value, multi-dimensional data support for the optimization of wind-proof control strategies, reliability assessment of port cranes, and research on intelligent anti-slip systems.
