Microbiome sample-material model is a Named Entity Recognition (NER) model that identifies and annotates the material of microbiome samples in texts. This is the final model version used to annotate metagenomics publications in Europe PMC and enrich metagenomics studies in MGnify with sample-material metadata from literature.

微生物组样本材料模型（Microbiome sample-material model）是一款命名实体识别（Named Entity Recognition, NER）模型，可在文本中识别并标注微生物组样本的材料类型。本模型为最终正式版本，曾用于标注欧洲PubMed Central（Europe PMC）收录的宏基因组学文献，并通过文献中的样本材料元数据为MGnify数据库的宏基因组学研究补充相关元数据。
