FLAG-tagged EGR3 was overexpressed in the cell line SEM to investigate promotor binding of EGR3 in the t(4;11) cellular context. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation DNA-sequencing (ChIP-seq) for EGR3::FLAG using a FLAG-antibody in comparision to input in EGR3::FLAG-overexpressing SEM cells.

为探究t(4;11)细胞背景下早期生长反应蛋白3（EGR3）的启动子结合特性，本研究将携带FLAG标签的EGR3在细胞系SEM中过表达。整体实验设计：在过表达EGR3::FLAG的SEM细胞中，使用FLAG抗体针对EGR3::FLAG开展染色质免疫沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验，并以该细胞的输入对照样本作为对照。
