Identification of a new gibberellin receptor agonist. Arabidopsis thaliana strain:Col-0

In this experiment, RNA sequence was performed to verify the effect of a new gibberellin receptor agonist, diphegaractin, for gene expression. Arabidopsis seedlings treated with GA3 or diphegaractin were harvested, and transcriptome of these samples was analysed by RNA sequencing.

本实验通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术，验证新型赤霉素受体激动剂（gibberellin receptor agonist）diphegaractin对基因表达的调控效果。将经赤霉素3（GA3）或diphegaractin处理的拟南芥（Arabidopsis）幼苗收获后，采用RNA测序对上述样本的转录组（transcriptome）进行分析。
