MicroRNAs changed in response to HDGF treatment

We determined the RNAs which were suggested to commonly increase or decrease in HepG2 and SK-Hep1 cells in response to exogenously supplied hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF). Two hepatoma-dereived cell lines (HepG2 and SK-Hep1) were stimulated by exogenous administration of HDGF, and microRNAs whose expression altered in response to HDGF stimulation were determined.

本研究明确了在响应外源性供给的肝瘤衍生生长因子（hepatoma-derived growth factor, HDGF）刺激时，HepG2与SK-Hep1细胞中呈现共同上调或下调的RNA分子。我们通过外源性给予HDGF刺激两株肝癌来源细胞系（HepG2与SK-Hep1），并鉴定了响应HDGF刺激后表达发生改变的微小RNA（microRNAs）。
