Gene expression changes of o-nitroanisole-induced in renal cortex of rats

This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with o-nitroanisole, and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.本研究旨在基于致癌物染毒大鼠的基因表达谱，开发一种短期且高精度的肾脏致癌性预测方法。本研究采用邻硝基苯甲醚（o-nitroanisole）对雄性SD（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠开展28天重复染毒实验，并通过定制基因芯片分析大鼠肾皮质的基因表达谱。
