2016年11月至2017年1月河北省保定试验场冻土积雪测量数据（车载测量）。数据内容包括微波辐射亮温数据、微波频段、测量时间、经纬度、高程、测量高度、测量次数、测量人、预处理人、审核人、天气现象、观测天顶角、极化方式等。数据集共148条记录。
Frozen soil and snow cover measurement data (vehicle-mounted survey) obtained at the Baoding Experimental Site, Hebei Province, from November 2016 to January 2017. The data encompasses microwave radiation brightness temperature data, microwave frequency bands, measurement timestamps, geographic coordinates (longitude and latitude), elevation, measurement altitude, total number of measurements, field measurers, preprocessors, reviewers, weather phenomena, observation zenith angles, polarization modes, and other relevant attributes. This dataset contains a total of 148 records.
