In order to identify circRNAs involved in HCC tumorigenesis, we performed circular RNA microarray analysis on three pairs of total RNA from HCC patient plasma and healthy controls. A total of 5122 differentially expressed circRNAs were identified (FC ≥ 2 or FC ≤ -2, P-value ≤ 0.05) . Among them, 4162 circRNAs were significantly up-regulated, and 960 circRNAs were significantly down-regulated. Overall design: three pairs of total RNA from HCC patient plasma and healthy controls
为鉴定参与肝细胞癌(Hepatocellular Carcinoma,HCC)发生的环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA),我们对3对肝细胞癌患者血浆与健康对照的总RNA开展了环状RNA芯片分析。最终共鉴定出5122个差异表达环状RNA,筛选标准为差异倍数(fold change,FC)≥2或≤-2,P值≤0.05;其中4162个环状RNA显著上调,960个环状RNA显著下调。整体实验设计:3对肝细胞癌患者血浆与健康对照的总RNA样本。
