We performed transcriptome sequencing to profile gene expressions upon the treatment of vancomycin in two Streptococcus anginosus strains. Overall design: Compare gene expression profiles between S. anginosus KHUD_S1 strain and KHUD_S3 strain using RNA-Seq (Illumina platform: Hi-Seq 3000).

本研究对两株经万古霉素(vancomycin)处理的咽峡炎链球菌(Streptococcus anginosus)开展转录组测序(transcriptome sequencing)，以解析其基因表达谱。整体实验设计：本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-Seq)技术，依托因美纳(Illumina) Hi-Seq 3000测序平台，对比分析咽峡炎链球菌KHUD_S1菌株与KHUD_S3菌株的基因表达谱差异。
