Sheet "Database": It contains the dataset. The first row of the table corresponds to variable names. Sheet " Sheet "Variables definition": It contains a description of each variable. Sheet "Variable labels": It contains the labels of the values in the dataset, for each categorical codified variable. Variables not listed in this sheet are numeric, meaning that the numbers on those variables are the real values of the variables, and not a code.<br>In order to maintain anonymity: the variable "sex" has been removed from the dataset; the variable age has been turned into a categorical variable; all the dates on the database have been randomly transposed +/- 100 days from the original date.

"数据库(Database)"工作表：承载本数据集，表格首行即为变量名称。
"变量定义(Variables definition)"工作表：收录各变量的详细说明信息。
"变量标签(Variable labels)"工作表：针对每一个经编码的分类变量，存储数据集中各取值对应的标签。未在该工作表中列出的变量均为数值型变量，即此类变量的数值即为变量的真实取值，而非编码代号。
为保障数据匿名性：已从数据集中移除"性别(sex)"变量；将"年龄(age)"变量转换为分类变量；数据库内所有日期均已进行随机偏移处理，偏移幅度为原日期±100天。
