Chlamydia trachomatis Sigma54 regulon determination

The regulon for sigma54 has yet to be defined in Chlamydia trachomatis. This RNAseq study looked at differential gene expression with the over-expression of a constitutively-active protein variant of the sigma54 activator protein compared a vector control.
