EERI VERT Phase 1 Kisante Philippine Earthquake

The Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI) Virtual Earthquake Reconnaissance Team (VERT) publishes a series of reports for earthquakes that cause significant damage. These reports summarize the damage observed through virtual means on a variety of multi-disciplinary topics. This project is the Phase 1 preliminary report for the Kisante Philippine Earthquake.
