LIV-1 promotes prostate cancer cell metastasis.*

*LIV-1-overexpression clones (LIV#8 and LIV#14) and vector-transfected clones (con1 and con2) were intracardially inoculated to athymic mice. Incidence and sites of metastasis were followed up to 4 months by necropsy and histopathologic confirmation.*LIV-1过表达克隆株（LIV#8、LIV#14）与空载体转染对照克隆株（con1、con2）经心脏内接种至无胸腺小鼠。通过尸检及组织病理学验证，对转移发生率与转移部位进行了为期4个月的随访监测。
