An Agentic Lab-Notebook for Collaborative AI-Driven Workflows in Scientific Software Engineering

This dataset contains the design of an agentic lab notebook used for autonomous code translation of a high-energy physics application. Additional data includes an archive of experimental runs with agent traces, used to produce the analysis in the paper titled "Design of Collaborative AI-Driven Workflows for Scientific Software Engineering."
