钾盐是国民经济发展的基础性战略资源,是农业生产稳产的核心要素,事关国家粮食安全。光卤石是非对称性复盐,在生产氯化钾时需添加淡水分解结晶光卤石,形成氯化钾晶体和氯化镁母液,通过浮选分离得到氯化钾产品。以中南半岛地下含钾盐矿为研究对象,分析了钾盐矿可溶性组分,研究了矿石中不同物质的赋存形式,开展了冷分解结晶和浮选工艺研究,考察了温度、固含量和洗涤对KCl品位和收率的影响。,冷分解-正浮选工艺得到产品回收率为82以上%,品位为96.05%。

Potassium salt is a fundamental strategic resource for national economic development and a core factor for stable agricultural production, which is critical to national food security. Carnallite is an asymmetric double salt. During potassium chloride production, fresh water must be added to decompose and crystallize carnallite, forming potassium chloride crystals and magnesium chloride mother liquor, and potassium chloride products are obtained through flotation separation. Taking underground potassium-bearing salt deposits in the Indochina Peninsula as the research subject, this study analyzed the soluble components of the potassium salt ore, investigated the occurrence forms of different substances in the ore, conducted research on cold decomposition crystallization and flotation processes, and examined the effects of temperature, solid content and washing on the grade and recovery rate of KCl. For the cold decomposition-direct flotation process, the product recovery rate exceeds 82%, with a grade of 96.05%.
