能效等级是评价一种能耗水平和节能效果的标志,在消费者挑选产品时起到了重要的引导作用。明确列出产品的能效等级,便于消费者在购买产品时快速寻找自身心仪的产品,同时促进了市场需求和产品的推广。1、数据采集:从已生产的污水污物潜水电泵中随机抽样进行编号;2、数据检测:对抽取的样品进行泵输送液体的密度ρ、泵的流量Q、泵的扬程H、重力加速度g、输入功率P的检测,对检测到的数据进行整理;3、数据处理:通过公式η=ρ*g*Q*H/1000*P得出电泵效率,根据GB 32031-2015《污水污物潜水电泵能效限定值及能效等级》的标准要求,得出各个样品的能效等级;4、数据应用:为生产者提供生产的污水污物潜水电泵能效等级信息,为未来产品的改进提供方向,为消费者提供购买污水污物潜水电泵的信息依据,促进市场需求。
Energy efficiency grade is an indicator for evaluating energy consumption level and energy-saving effect, which plays a crucial guiding role when consumers select products. Clearly marking the energy efficiency grade of products helps consumers quickly find their desired products during purchasing, and also promotes market demand and product popularization.
1. Data Collection: Randomly sample and number the manufactured sewage and dirt submersible pumps;
2. Data Detection: For each sampled product, detect the density ρ of the liquid conveyed by the submersible pump, pump flow rate Q, pump head H, gravitational acceleration g, and input power P, then organize the detected data;
3. Data Processing: Calculate the efficiency of the submersible pumps using the formula η=ρ*g*Q*H/(1000*P), then determine the energy efficiency grade of each sample in accordance with the standard GB 32031-2015 *Limited Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Sewage and Dirt Submersible Pumps*;
4. Data Application: Provide producers with energy efficiency grade information of the manufactured sewage and dirt submersible pumps, provide guidance for future product improvement, offer consumers an informational basis for purchasing sewage and dirt submersible pumps, and boost market demand.
