全波频域仿真模块数据集

本数据集主要进行针对有限差分频域方法的基础学科问题，研究均匀网格和非均匀网格下的频域有限差分方法及完全匹配层技术、纯散射技术；研究高效预处理算子（或预条件）构建方法，发展高精度模式求解和分析技术，形成高效频域仿真软件工具。数据类型为全波频域仿真模块对应的模型参数文件、程序可执行文件及结果读取文件，数据量81.3MB。

This dataset centers on fundamental disciplinary problems concerning the finite-difference frequency-domain (FDFD) method. It examines the FDFD method, perfectly matched layer (PML) technology and pure scattering techniques under both uniform and non-uniform grids; studies construction approaches for efficient preconditioning operators (or preconditioners), develops high-precision mode solving and analysis technologies, and builds efficient frequency-domain simulation software tools. The dataset includes model parameter files, program executable files and result reading files corresponding to full-wave frequency-domain simulation modules, with a total data size of 81.3 MB.
