本数据集为独立构建的全新数据集,数据来源于公开采集的海洋防腐材料领域专利相关数据,原始数据涵盖专利基础信息、IPC 分类号(大组)、创新主体、专利引用关系等核心字段。通过对原始数据清洗规范后,导入 Neo4j 数据库构建知识图谱,关联创新主体、集合专利代码、专利族、IPC 分类号(大组)等实体及关系。基于该知识图谱,利用 WCC 算法识别专利族,结合 ArticleRank、Harmonic Centrality、Eigenvector Centrality 等图算法计算专利族影响力,融合法律效力与时间衰减因子得到专利技术影响力,最终汇总各 IPC 大组的专利数量、技术影响力总和、平均技术影响力、创新主体数量等指标,经标准化处理后按预设权重计算综合得分。数据集可直观呈现海洋防腐材料领域各 IPC 大组的技术影响力与发展态势,为行业技术布局、资源配置、政策制定提供数据支撑,适用于技术热点研判、创新方向规划、产业政策制定等场景。
This is a newly independently constructed dataset, with data sourced from publicly collected patent-related data in the field of marine anti-corrosion materials. The original data covers core fields such as basic patent information, IPC classification codes (main groups), innovative entities, and patent citation relationships. After standardized cleaning of the original data, it is imported into the Neo4j database to construct a knowledge graph, which associates entities and relationships including innovative entities, aggregated patent codes, patent families, and IPC classification codes (main groups). Based on this knowledge graph, the WCC (Weakly Connected Components) algorithm is used to identify patent families, and graph algorithms such as ArticleRank, Harmonic Centrality, and Eigenvector Centrality are applied to calculate the influence of patent families. The technical influence of patents is derived by integrating legal validity and a time decay factor. Finally, indicators including the number of patents, total technical influence, average technical influence, and number of innovative entities for each IPC main group are aggregated. After standardization processing, a comprehensive score is calculated based on preset weights. This dataset can intuitively present the technical influence and development trends of each IPC main group in the marine anti-corrosion materials field, providing data support for industrial technology layout, resource allocation, and policy formulation. It is applicable to scenarios such as technical hotspot analysis, innovation direction planning, and industrial policy formulation.
