Effect of Gpnmb knockout on development of differential expression in AAV-aSyn model was studied. The "samid" sample characteristic is a sample identifier internal to Genentech. The ID of this project in Genentech's ExpressionPlot database is PRJ0036339 RNA from contralateral or ipsilateral whole striatum or midbrain of male mice 10 weeks after injection with AAV expressing either human aSyn-A53T or null virus.
