Analysis of circRNA expression profiles in Mice Brain Infected with Rabies Virus

In this study, we investigated the expression patterns of circRNAs in brain tissues from mice infected with two strains of RABV (CVS-11 and SRV9) and compared them to brain tissues from uninfected mice. RNA sequencing was used for this analysis.

本研究对感染两株狂犬病病毒（Rabies virus, RABV，分别为CVS-11与SRV9）的小鼠脑组织中的环状RNA（circular RNAs, circRNAs）表达模式进行了分析，并以未感染小鼠的脑组织作为对照开展对比。本次分析采用RNA测序（RNA sequencing）技术完成。
