基于干细胞的生物学特性,研制适用干细胞生长扩增 1.5L ,4*500mL,50L干细胞培养生物反应器及10L消化反应器的制造。
包括(1)反应器硬件研制。根据干细胞培养的特点,采 用 CFD 设计反应器模型,如反应器设计与制造、搅拌系统与通气系统、细胞截留 系统等,并加工制造; (2)控制模块编制。即培养过程控制系统(下位机和上 位机软件、数据通讯软件等)编制软件等。
This dataset describes the development and manufacturing of bioreactors for stem cell culture and expansion: Based on the biological characteristics of stem cells, 1.5L, 4×500mL, and 50L stem cell culture bioreactors as well as a 10L digestion bioreactor for stem cell growth and expansion were developed and manufactured. The development work includes two main components:
(1) Development of bioreactor hardware. According to the characteristics of stem cell culture, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was adopted to design reactor models, covering reactor design and manufacturing, stirring system, aeration system, cell retention system, and other related components, followed by precision machining and fabrication.
(2) Development of control modules. Specifically, software for the stem cell culture process control system was compiled, including lower computer software, upper computer software, data communication software, and other relevant software.
