本发明实施例公开了一种高通量单分子磁 共振的测量装置以及测量方法,其中,该测量装 置中的激光产生元件出射的激光为多点激发光, 且所述多点激发光的相位不完全相同,从而在激 发所述金刚石样品中的NV色心时,可以同时激发 位于所述多点激发光光路上的多个NV色心,实现 一次测量多个NV色心,提高测量效率。另外,该装 置各点激发光形成的光斑较小,从而在激发所述 金刚石样品中的多个NV色心时,每点激发光照射 的区域较小,实现以单个NV色心作为磁共振传感 单元,空间分辨率较高,进而实现单个分子的信 号的测量。

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a high-throughput single-molecule magnetic resonance measurement apparatus and measurement method. The laser emitted by the laser generation component in the measurement apparatus is multi-point excitation light, and the phases of the multi-point excitation light are not completely identical. When exciting the nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers in the diamond sample, this setup can simultaneously excite multiple NV centers located along the optical path of the multi-point excitation light, achieving simultaneous measurement of multiple NV centers in a single run and enhancing measurement efficiency. Besides, the laser spots formed by each excitation point of the apparatus are relatively small. When exciting multiple NV centers in the diamond sample, each excitation point only irradiates a small area, which allows a single NV center to serve as a magnetic resonance sensing unit with high spatial resolution, thereby enabling the measurement of single-molecule signals.
