Murine Eosinophil subgroups in asthmatic NJ.1638 mice

There are two distinct subgroups of eosinophils in OVA-induced asthmatic mice, ie CD101- and CD101+ eosinophils. To further indicating the function of each sunset, we isolated each subgroups of eosinophils by flow cytometry sorting system.

在卵清蛋白（OVA）诱导的哮喘小鼠中，嗜酸性粒细胞（eosinophils）存在两个明确的亚群，即CD101阴性（CD101-）与CD101阳性（CD101+）嗜酸性粒细胞。为进一步探究各亚群的功能，我们通过流式细胞分选系统（flow cytometry sorting system）分离得到了这两类嗜酸性粒细胞亚群。
