High-density gene expression profile of 70,000+ unique genes for 224 normal porcine samples from 28 different tissues of 32 different animals using Super deepSAGE sequencing technology. A total of 224 tissue samples across 28 different tissues/cells were collected from a slaughtering farm located in Hubei province in china. The samples were collected from 32 animals from a Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshare (DLY) commercial crossbreed pig populations consisting of 16 males and 16 females with a median age of 21 days. The endometrium, placenta, and conceptus were collected from Landrace × Yorkshare (LY) sows of 65 days of gestation. Total RNA were extracted and the libraries were construsted using Super deepSAGE technology and submitted for deep sequencing.

本数据集依托超深度SAGE(Super deepSAGE)测序技术,针对来自32头不同试验猪的28种组织的224份正常猪源样本,构建得到涵盖7万余种独特基因的高密度基因表达谱。本次研究共采集28种不同组织/细胞类型的224份组织样本,均取自中国湖北省某屠宰场。供试猪群为杜洛克×长白×约克夏(DLY)商业杂交品系,共计32头,其中公猪、母猪各16头,中位日龄为21日龄。此外,还采集了妊娠65天的长白×约克夏(LY)母猪的子宫内膜、胎盘及孕体组织样本。所有样本均完成总RNA提取,采用Super deepSAGE技术构建测序文库并开展深度测序。
