We reports transcriptomic changes observed in the liver of mice treated by 3 concentration of DPhP through drinking water (0.1 mg/L (C1), 1mg/L (C2), 10mg/L(C3)). Mice were treated from 5 to 17 weeks. Overall design: 4 groups of animals were untreated, or treated with the 3 different concentrations C1, C2, C3. Livers from a same group were pooled and a crude extract was performed before RNA quantification. Four analytical replicates were performed for each group.

本研究报道了通过饮水暴露于三种浓度磷酸二苯酯(DPhP)的小鼠肝脏转录组学变化,暴露浓度依次为0.1 mg/L(C1组)、1 mg/L(C2组)与10 mg/L(C3组)。实验小鼠于5周龄至17周龄期间接受暴露处理。总体实验设计:共设置4组实验动物,分别为未处理对照组以及C1、C2、C3三个浓度处理组。同组小鼠的肝脏组织被混合后制备粗提取物,随后开展RNA定量检测。每组均设置4次分析重复实验。
