RNA下拉质谱(RNA pulldown-MS)实验结果表明,异质核核糖核蛋白U(HNRNPU)是与MLT2A1 RNA形成复合物的富集程度最高的RNA结合蛋白。为研究HNRNPU的功能,本研究对8细胞样细胞(8C-like cells)中的阴性对照小干扰RNA(siNC)组与靶向HNRNPU的小干扰RNA(siHNRNPU)组样本开展了RNA测序(RNA-seq)。实验整体设计:通过对比siHNRNPU组与siNC组样本,计算得到差异表达基因与转座因子(transposable elements, TEs)的表达差异。
