Cross-sectional Study on Psychometric Properties of HSOPE_data

Dissatisfaction with outpatient experiences can cause patient disengagement, reduced adherence, and poorer outcomes. Due to the absence of a proper outpatient experiences assessment tool in China, our study aims to translate and validate the Health Services Outpatient Experience (HSOPE) scale in Chinese, while identifying factors to enhance patient satisfaction and healthcare quality.

门诊体验不佳会导致患者就医参与度下降、治疗依从性降低以及预后效果变差。鉴于国内目前缺乏规范的门诊体验评估工具，本研究旨在将《卫生服务门诊体验量表》（Health Services Outpatient Experience, HSOPE）翻译并进行中文版本的信效度验证，同时明确可提升患者满意度与医疗服务质量的影响因素。
