Pocillopora damicornis, genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Pocillopora damicornis to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics (ASG) Project (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/) from samples supplied by the ASG Coral-Symbiosis Hub (https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目采集了为鹿角杯形珊瑚（Pocillopora damicornis）生成的基因组与转录组数据，以助力其基因组组装与注释工作。本项目作为水生共生基因组学（Aquatic Symbiosis Genomics, ASG）项目（官网：https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/）的组成部分，所用样本由ASG珊瑚共生基因组协作中心（https://www.aquaticsymbiosisgenomics.org/collaborators/coral-symbiosis-genome-project/）提供。本项目产生的数据将遵循生命之树开放数据发布政策（Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy，网址：https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行共享。
