The Carbon Dioxide Information Analysis Center, in collaboration with the All-Russian Research Institute of Hydrometeorological Information-World Data Center (RIHMI-WDC) (Obninsk, Russia), published the four-volume Selected Translated Abstracts of Russian-Language Climate-Change Publications. The series, produced under the auspices of a 1972 US-USSR agreement on protection of the environment, opens up to western researchers a wealth of climate-change literature that has previously been available only in Russian. The English-language abstracts are available online from the four reports.

二氧化碳信息分析中心与全俄水文气象信息研究所-世界数据中心（RIHMI-WDC，位于俄罗斯奥布宁斯克）合作，推出了四卷本《俄语气候变化文献精选译介摘要集》。本系列丛书依托1972年美苏两国环境保护协定的支持编纂完成，为西方科研人员提供了此前仅以俄语刊发的海量气候变化研究文献的获取渠道。该系列四份报告的英文摘要均可在线获取。
