T cells were sorted by FACS from the skin or spleen during a Vaccinia virus infection Overall design: We generated gene expression profiles of mouse CD8+ T cells from the skin that were or were not producing IFN-gamma and control T cells from the spleen using Clariom S microarray.

在牛痘病毒(Vaccinia virus)感染过程中,通过荧光激活细胞分选术(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting,FACS)从皮肤或脾脏中分选得到T细胞。 整体实验设计:本研究采用Clariom S微阵列(Clariom S microarray),构建了小鼠皮肤来源的表达干扰素γ(Interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)与不表达干扰素γ的CD8+ T细胞,以及脾脏来源对照T细胞的基因表达谱。
