T cells were sorted by FACS from the skin or spleen during a Vaccinia virus infection Overall design: We generated gene expression profiles of mouse CD8+ T cells from the skin that were or were not producing IFN-gamma and control T cells from the spleen using Clariom S microarray.

在牛痘病毒（Vaccinia virus）感染过程中，通过荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting，FACS）从皮肤或脾脏中分选得到T细胞。
整体实验设计：本研究采用Clariom S微阵列（Clariom S microarray），构建了小鼠皮肤来源的表达干扰素γ（Interferon-gamma，IFN-γ）与不表达干扰素γ的CD8+ T细胞，以及脾脏来源对照T细胞的基因表达谱。
