HiHi rDNA unit Measuring Spreadsheet

Excel spreadsheet used to calculate the rDNA unit size of the HiHi from a BLAST output of nanopore reads. The BLAST output used to generate this spreadsheet was kindly provided by Dr Annabel Whibley of the University of Auckland.
