Investigate the miRNAs that played a regulatory role in the development of AEH

RNA sequencing was performed for endometrial tissues from 3 Atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH) patients and 3 endometrial normal hyperplasia patients. RNA sequencing data were processed and differentially expressed (DE) miRNAs were identified between AEH and controls.

本研究对3例非典型子宫内膜增生（Atypical endometrial hyperplasia, AEH）患者与3例子宫内膜正常增生患者的子宫内膜组织实施了RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。对获取的RNA测序数据进行处理后，本研究在AEH组与对照组之间鉴定出了差异表达（differentially expressed, DE）微小RNA（miRNAs）。
