Single-molecule force spectroscopy trajectories of transition paths for folding and unfolding of DNA hairpins measured with optical tweezers. Individual transitions are listed as columns in tab-delimited tables; each column is a single transition trajectory listing the extension as a function of time. Details for the measurements in each table (sampling rate indicating the time between each datapoint in seconds, number of transitions in the table, upper and lower boundaries of the barrier region in nm) are included in "data info" files accompanying the tables for each hairpin.
利用光镊(optical tweezers)测得的DNA发夹折叠与解折叠过渡路径的单分子力谱轨迹。以制表符分隔的表格中,各独立过渡过程以列形式排布;每一列对应一条独立的过渡轨迹,记录了随时间变化的分子伸展量。每张表格对应的测量细节(包括采样率——即各数据点间的时间间隔,单位为秒、表格内的过渡过程总数、势垒区域上下边界的纳米(nm)数值),均收录于各DNA发夹对应表格附带的"data info"文件中。
