We performed whole genome sequencing of Klebsiella pneumoniae to investigate the drug resistance, virulence, and genetic characteristics of the bacteria, so as to analyze its drug resistance and pathogenic mechanisms, and to reduce the occurrence of bacterial drug resistance and bacterial diseases. Prevention provides a theoretical basis.
