12 synthetic Arabidopsis kamchatica individuals were sequenced using whole genome bisulfite sequencing. The samples were created by artificial crossing and colchicine treatment. One F1 plant was propagated for three more generations. Sequencing was performed on siblings from the fourth generations after initial crossing (F4).

12株人工合成堪察加拟南芥(Arabidopsis kamchatica)个体采用全基因组亚硫酸氢盐测序(whole genome bisulfite sequencing)完成测序。该批样本通过人工杂交结合秋水仙素处理构建获得。选取1株F1植株进行扩繁并连续传代3次,测序所用样本取自初始杂交后第4代(F4)的同胞株系。
