Transcriptome Sequencing of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infected THP-1

M. pneumoniae is a principal causative agent of community-acquired pneumonia, leading to acute upper and lower respiratory tract inflammation and extrapulmonary syndromes. This study aims to understand the changes in the expression of all genes after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infects human macrophages at the transcriptome level. We can understand the trend of gene expression in the host during the process of resisting Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection from the transcriptome level.

肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma pneumoniae）是社区获得性肺炎的主要致病病原体，可引发急性上下呼吸道炎症及肺外综合征。本研究旨在从转录组层面解析肺炎支原体感染人巨噬细胞后宿主全基因的表达变化，进而从转录组维度揭示宿主在抵御肺炎支原体感染过程中的基因表达趋势。
