Samples of tissues were excised from brain, muscle and liver of three mirror carps. Total RNA was purified from all three tissues. Approximately 3 ug of cDNA were used for sequencing by 454 FLX analyzer. Sequences were assembled using CAPS.
从3尾镜鲤（mirror carp）的脑、肌肉与肝脏组织中切取组织样本。从上述三类组织中纯化获得总RNA。取约3微克的互补DNA（cDNA），采用454 FLX测序仪开展测序反应。使用CAPS对所得测序序列进行组装。
