RNAseq analysis of Human endothelial TeloHAEC in response to Estradiol, 4-hydroxytamoxifen and the cotreatment

Aim: To compare the transcriptional responses to 17β-estradiol (E2), 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT) and the cotreatment in Human endothelial TeloHAEC cells transduced with hERα-WT (hERα-WT) Human endothelial TeloHAEC ERα-WT (hERα-WT) mRNA profiles treated for 6 hours with DMSO, E2, 4-OHT or the co-treatment were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina NovaSeq sequencer

研究目的：比较转染人雌激素受体α野生型(hERα-WT)的人类内皮TeloHAEC细胞中，分别经17β-雌二醇(17β-estradiol, E2)、4-羟基他莫昔芬(4-hydroxytamoxifen, 4-OHT)以及二者联合处理后的转录应答差异。经二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、E2、4-OHT或联合处理6小时的该类细胞的mRNA表达谱，通过Illumina NovaSeq测序仪完成深度测序获取。
