The dataset compiled in this spreadsheet contains the experimental data used for the development and analysis presented in the associated research paper, regarding the evaluation of bioreactors performance and activity tests. The corpus includes measurements and observations obtained from two experimental setups aimed at investigating syngas biomethanation and the involved metabolic pathways: the continuous bioreactor experiments and batch activity tests in serum bottles. - Bioreactor Experimental Data [Inoculum, BCB1 and BCB2] This section documents the operation of two lab-scale bioreactors for syngas biomethanation under different operational conditions.
