Metabolomics data, Wild type and Cyclophilin D KO mice, throughout development

Targeted metabolomics was performed on heart ventricles harvested from mice at embryonic day (E) 9.5, 11.5, 13.5, and 16.5, postnatal day (P) 1 and 7, weaning, and adult mice. Two genotypes were examined: Wild type C57Bl/6N and Cyclophilin D (PPIF) knockout mice on a mixed background. Description of analysis is present in the first tab "Information."

本研究针对采集自不同发育阶段小鼠的心室样本开展靶向代谢组学(Targeted metabolomics)分析，所涉小鼠的发育阶段涵盖胚胎天数（E）9.5、11.5、13.5、16.5，出生后天数（P）1、7，断奶期以及成年阶段。本次实验共检测两种基因型的小鼠：野生型C57Bl/6N小鼠，以及混合遗传背景下的亲环素D（PPIF）敲除小鼠。相关分析的详细说明详见首个标签页"信息"。
