NRS-22 | Receipt books for Walgett Aboriginal Station

This series comprises triplicate copy receipt books for receipts issued at Walgett Aboriginal Station. The receipts were issued mainly for payment of rents on cottages but some receipts were issued for miscellaneous payments. The receipts give the date, payee’s name and address, receipt number, and amount paid. There are loose receipts within the booklets. The records in this series were transferred to the Archives Office by the Aborigines Services Branch of the Department of Youth and Community Services in 1977.

本系列包含瓦尔盖特原住民站出具收据的三联式收据簿。收据主要用于小屋租金的支付，但部分收据也用于杂项款项。收据记录了日期、收款人姓名及地址、收据编号和支付金额。簿册内夹有散页收据。本系列档案由青年和社区服务部原住民服务处于1977年移交至档案馆。
