Development and validation of a tool for competence assessment of the insert of the intrauterine device

Abstract Objectives:. to develop and validate an instrument to assess the professional competence of nurses in the insertion of the intrauterine device (IUD) Methods: methodological study, developed in three stages: 1) tool development (Theoretical procedures); 2) evaluation of the tool by experts and judgment of the initially proposed items (Appearance validation and content validation); 3) test of the version resulting from the assessment by experts and assessment of internal consistency (Analytical procedures). Ten judges participated in the face and content validation, among obstetric nurses and gynecologists/obstetricians from the Sofa Feldman Hospital in Belo Horizonte (MG), while 38 nursing residency students were evaluated using the test tool, in the last stage of the study. Calculations of the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were performed as psychometric measures. Results: the initial tool covered 39 items. No item obtained CVI

摘要 研究目的：开发并验证一款用于评估护士宫内节育器（intrauterine device, IUD）放置操作专业能力的测评工具。方法：本研究为方法学研究，分三阶段开展：1）工具开发阶段（理论构建流程）；2）由专家对初始拟定条目进行评估与评判（表面效度与内容效度检验）；3）对专家评估后的版本开展测试，并评估其内部一致性（分析性流程）。本次研究共邀请10名来自贝洛奥里藏特（MG州）索法·费尔德曼医院的产科护士及妇产科/产科医师参与表面效度与内容效度评估；在研究最后阶段，共招募38名护理住院医师学员使用该测评工具完成测试。本研究采用内容效度指数（Content Validity Index, CVI）与克朗巴哈α系数作为心理测量学评价指标。结果：初始测评工具共涵盖39个条目，尚无条目获得内容效度指数。
