采用垂直分层降尺度技术对城市复杂下垫面进行实时风速精细化刻画，通过输入指定区域经纬度及时刻，查询位置所在精细化风速实况。

This dataset adopts vertical hierarchical downscaling technology to conduct fine-grained characterization of real-time wind speed over complex urban underlying surfaces. By inputting the longitude, latitude and specified time of a target area, users can query the fine-grained real-time wind speed conditions at that location.
