Representative photomicrographs and summary data of endothelial cell migration under normoxic conditions toward a platelet releasate gradient. Releasates from collagen-aggregated platelets (maximum aggregation time point) provide a stronger stimulus for endothelial cell migration than resting (non-activated) platelet releasates. 本数据集包含常氧条件下内皮细胞向血小板释放物梯度迁移的代表性显微照片及汇总数据。胶原聚集血小板(处于最大聚集时间点)所产生的释放物,对内皮细胞迁移的刺激效果显著强于静息(未活化)血小板释放物。该汇总数据源自2次独立重复实验,且每次实验均设置复孔。标尺比例尺为100 µm。(PDF)
