Human serum: Control vs. Lung Cancer

The autoantibodies in serum (IgG antibody labeled with Cy3 and IgM antibody labeled with Cy5) were quantified by serum incubation human protein microarray, and the data of normal people and lung cancer patients were compared to find the predictive markers of autoantibodies in lung cancer A two-stage design experiment with two conditions, LungCancer vs. Normal serum sample. Phase I Biological replicates: 8 control, 8 Cancer.Phase II Biological replicates: 60 Negative control,60 Disease control, 60 Cancer. One replicate per array.

本实验采用血清孵育人类蛋白质微阵列（human protein microarray）技术，对血清中的自身抗体（Cy3标记的IgG抗体与Cy5标记的IgM抗体）进行定量检测；通过对比健康人群与肺癌患者的血清数据，筛选肺癌相关自身抗体的预测标志物。实验采用两阶段设计方案，设置肺癌（LungCancer）与正常（Normal）血清样本两组实验条件。第一阶段：生物学重复样本包含8例健康对照、8例肺癌患者样本，每张芯片对应1个重复样本。第二阶段：生物学重复样本包含60例阴性对照（Negative control）、60例疾病对照（Disease control）、60例肺癌患者样本，每张芯片对应1个重复样本。
