10x Single-Cell RNAseq PBMCs (Withheld Test Set)

Human CD4, CD8, CD14, and NK cells (100 of each, withheld from a larger reference set) in a SingleCellExperiment object with annotation labels. This dataset is used as a test set for cell-type annotation classifiers. These cells are compiled from data downloaded from the 10x website, and originate from the following publication:<br> <br> <br> Zheng, G. X., Terry, J. M., Belgrader, P., Ryvkin, P., Bent, Z. 本数据集包含从大型参考集中预留的各100个人类CD4、CD8、CD14阳性细胞及自然杀伤（NK）细胞，所有细胞均存储于带有注释标签的SingleCellExperiment对象中。该数据集被用作细胞类型注释分类器的测试集。
