In this study, we introduced duckweed into a BFT culture system to explore its potential as a sustainable feed supplement for Penaeus vannamei. The effects of duckweed feeding on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Penaeus vannamei in the biofloc shrimp culture system were explored, and further analyzed and discussed at the molecular level such as transcriptome.

本研究将浮萍(duckweed)引入生物絮团技术(Biofloc Technology, BFT)养殖系统,以探究其作为凡纳滨对虾(Penaeus vannamei)可持续饲料添加剂的应用潜力。本研究探究了投喂浮萍对生物絮团对虾养殖系统中凡纳滨对虾生理生化指标的影响,并从转录组(transcriptome)等分子层面展开了进一步分析与讨论。
