This is an up to date landcover database for the entire state of NC
based on 1996 Landsat TM imagery. We used Erdas Imagine 8.2 to develop
a supervised classification of the area and an Anderson-type set of
classes.
本数据集为覆盖北卡罗来纳州（NC）全域的最新土地覆盖数据库，其构建基于1996年的陆地卫星专题制图仪（Landsat TM）影像。我们采用ERDAS IMAGINE 8.2软件对该区域开展监督分类，并基于安德森型类别体系完成类别定义。
