替代役備役役男勤務編組管理中心設置要點

為達成平時演訓、非常事變或戰時迅速召集替代役備役役男(以下簡稱備役役男)服勤，有效運用備役役男人力，由內政部(以下簡稱本部)及直轄市、縣(市)政府共同設置替代役備役役男勤務編組管理中心(以下簡稱編管中
心)，並冠以該直轄市、縣(市)名稱，及以該中心名義對外行文，辦理備役役男召集、勤務編組訓練、聯絡查訪、參與災害防救、宣傳、安全及服務等其他任務。

To achieve the rapid convening of Alternative Service reservists (hereinafter referred to as reservists) for service during regular drills, emergencies, or wartime and to effectively utilize reservist manpower, the Ministry of the Interior (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) and the governments of municipalities directly under the Central Government, counties (cities) shall jointly establish the Alternative Service Reservists Service Organization and Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the Management Center). The Center shall be named after the respective municipality or county (city), issue official documents in its own name, and handle tasks such as convening reservists, service organization and training, contact and visits, participation in disaster prevention and relief, publicity, security, service, and other related tasks.
