Resveratrol attenuates the mitochondrial RNA-mediated cellular response to immunogenic stress

To investigate the gene expression upon mitochondrial stress, oligomycin A or ER stress, tunicamycin treatment, we established HCT116 cell lines after 24h treatment of oligomycin A or tunicamycin. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HCT116 cells after 24h from oligomycin A or tunicamycin treatment.

为探究寡霉素A（oligomycin A）诱导线粒体应激（mitochondrial stress）或衣霉素（tunicamycin）诱导内质网应激（ER stress）条件下的基因表达情况，我们对HCT116细胞分别施加寡霉素A或衣霉素处理24小时以制备实验样本。总体设计：对经寡霉素A或衣霉素处理24小时的HCT116细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
